SIGNALIS has 13 achievements which are available on the Steam, Playstation, and Xbox platforms. Some achievements are obtained simply by progressing through the game, while others may be missed since they require more specific conditions. Certain achievements will also be hidden until the player obtains them.

- The achievement "Ship of Theseus" is a direct reference to the thought experiment, "wikipedia:Ship of Theseus", a paradox which asks if something is still itself even if every part of it has been replaced.
