Small Bottle is a Key Item in Signalis used to progress the game. It is found in Nowhere and can be used on an unconscious Isolde Itou to wake her up. Waking her up allows the player to acquire her weapon, a Rifle.

Found in the room that takes the place of the wall with the Warnings note after Chimera is defeated.

This item can actually be skipped entirely, and will result in the player being unable to acquire the Rifle until near the end of the game, before fighting Falke. The Rifle can then be found in Adler's Office if the player turns back in the long corridor before the fight.
