Repair Spray+ can be found in the environment. A Repair Spray+ can first be found in the Isolation room in B2 - Worker Accommodations.

It can be produced by combining a Repair Patch with a normal Repair Spray. The note Quick-Curing Construction Foam reveals how to do this, but reading this note is not required to craft Repair Spray +.
